What does a 9 month biking trip around the Mediterranean require?
Well, like a lot of other sites I read, I will specifiy that we too don't have all the answers.
I will share with you what we did manage to get ahold of (from Albania no less) for this journey.

We have fairly lightweight touring bikes with thin tires, but I would recommend slightly thicker tires for any tours outside of western Europe and the US.
Our panniers are Ortlieb Back Roller Classics.
Our front panniers are Biria quick release from Amazon.com
Since we are camping mostly, we are also carrying a tent, pads, sleeping bags, mini bumbola and small pot, and a lightweight blanket.
